Larger Small Business of The Year

At Cladspray Solutions, we’re currently celebrating our 10th year of business, which in start-up terms, we’re already massively proud of. However, 2023 is proving a year of further celebration with the company winning the Larger Small Business of the Year at the FSB Awards. 

The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) is a well respected organisation that provides support, and shines a light on very deserving small-to-medium businesses. They operate nationally and also on a regional level, which is where we were represented, from the East of England region.

The criteria for the award was that judges would be looking for businesses that have demonstrated strong revenue, which happily we have experienced really positive growth, but also businesses that retained their service level standards and employee retention records. We’re beyond happy that judges were able to recognise not just our financial endeavours but the company culture we’re always trying to maintain and strengthen.
