We are now able to carry out on-site grit blasting as part of our higher-end surface preparation service. Several of our operatives are already fully trained on-site grit blasters so already have the knowledge and capability to successfully carry out this application.
On Site Grit Blasting
Grit blasting, also known as abrasive blasting, is a surface preparation technique for the removal of old, failing existing coatings, metal corrosion removal, and brickwork surface preparation.
SURFACE PREPARATION
There are several levels of grit blasting ranging from a light surface sweep blasting to full SA3 metal preparation, depending on the level of preparation required and the environment in which the structure is located.
We have the option to use several different types of blasting media to make sure that we use the most efficient grit type for the application.
END-TO-END SERVICE
Once we have completed the initial blasting preparation work, we can then carry out a full coating service, ensuring that the prepared surface is suitably coated.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Health and safety is our top priority at Cladspray Solutions. All our operatives hold CSCS cards and IPAF licences. Method statements, risk assessments and COSHH statements are all provided before the start of a project.
WE WORK NATIONWIDE
Based in Norwich (Norfolk) in the East of England; we are available to work all over the UK. We also offer an out of hours service to minimise disruption to your business.
