WHY USE EPOXY FLOOR COATINGS?

There are several potential problems with unfinished concrete or old failing coatings – many of these centre around dust. Epoxy floor coatings are usually packaged in two parts that are mixed prior to application. The two parts consist of an epoxy resin, and a co-reactant or hardener. When mixed together, they react to form a strong and durable plastic material. It’s so strong, it can be used in heavy traffic areas and industrial environments.

FLOOR PREPARATION

If your floor is in poor condition, or has a failing coating, we recommend we prepare the surface before applying the coating. We offer a range of services including shot blasting, vacuum blasting and diamond grinding to ensure the floor is prepared properly. This will ensure old coatings are removed and the floor has a uniform profile. Warranties are available on of our epoxy floor coating systems where surface preparation has been carried out, as we can ensure the best finish and durability.
