FV Carpentry | Cladding Renovation
DO YOU HAVE A PROJECT YOU’D LIKE TO DISCUSS? GET IN TOUCH
This extensive site in Ipswich was comprised of two separate industrial units. As you can see from the pictures above, both units needed entire preparation and re-coating work.
ROOF PREPARATION AND COATING
After completing a drone survey, the roofs were prepared to remove an old signs of delamination or corrosion, before being coated with 15-year Tor Coatings system, giving the site owners assurance about the longevity of the renovated roof. In these instances, replacing the roof would have been much more costly, and disturbance to the business higher, for a longer amount of time.
EXTERNAL CLADDING RENOVATION
In order to assure the best, most even result, all exterior surfaces were thoroughly pressure washed, to remove all contamination and loose material. This process also allows us to expose any areas of corrosion or extensive delamination that would require extra attention in surface preparation before the coating could be applied.
renovation of industrial doors and windows
As well as the cladding renovation of the walls and roof, the job wouldn’t have been complete without the re-coating of the roller shutters and windows too. This requires careful masking of the areas before applying a 10-year Tor Coating system to the roller doors, and an aluminium window paint to the windows.

What our customers say…
Very pleased with the initial attendance by Dan Ruegg to discuss the project ahead of tendering. Response to queries and resolution of resolving a few issues was very positive. The site team were very polite and professional, would definitely use again.
We are so grateful to Cladspray for donating their services, entirely for free!
The Cost of Living crisis has meant so many more people are in need of our support. But before Winter, our charity hub in West Norwich, the Baseline Centre, was worn and uninviting and many local people simply wouldn’t have known what services were on offer there.
Now, thanks to the renovations made possible by Cladspray and a number of local grants, the Centre has been totally transformed. It is warm, welcoming and has new spaces for support work, groups, training, community meals and so on, and it is already a thriving hub of community activity!
