We recently carried out the industrial spraying to ‘The Old Power Station’ – a historic 40,000 sq ft Victorian Power station in Braintree, Essex. The building is home to Coco Lighting – Lighting Solution Specialists.
CLADDING COATINGS
The work was carried out during October and November, which meant that we needed to use one of our special winter grade cladding coating systems.
ON TIME AND ON BUDGET
The project was completed on time, and on budget; complete with a life expectancy of a minimum of 10 years.
EXPERIENCED AND SPECIALISED TEAM
Our professional industrial spraying technicians receive extensive training in surface preparations, masking techniques and spray applied paint systems. Our quality of service and our professional approach meant that Coco Lighting were very happy with the finished transformation of their building.

The Cost of Living crisis has meant so many more people are in need of our support. But before Winter, our charity hub in West Norwich, the Baseline Centre, was worn and uninviting and many local people simply wouldn’t have known what services were on offer there.
Now, thanks to the renovations made possible by Cladspray and a number of local grants, the Centre has been totally transformed. It is warm, welcoming and has new spaces for support work, groups, training, community meals and so on, and it is already a thriving hub of community activity!
