BEFORE & AFTER
CLADDING SPRAYING AND INTERIOR PAINTING
Synergy House in Lenwade, had been left derelict when water cooler company Borg and Overstrom bought it in 2014. Some of the building needed to be re-clad, but as a viable and cost effective alternative, they opted to renovate the existing cladding for a large portion of the building. The project was phased into 2 parts – completing the prepping and interior painting of 800m2 of steel work and 1500m2 of cladding spraying to the metal clad ceilings and walls in November 2014. Then to have the weather on our side, we complete the external cladding renovation of 1200m2 of the exterior in March 2015. Throughout the project, the building was occupied and we worked around a number of other trades – often working out of hours at the weekend to make this easier.

What our customers say…
Sean Carter – Rose Builders
Very pleased with the initial attendance by Dan Ruegg to discuss the project ahead of tendering. Response to queries and resolution of resolving a few issues was very positive. The site team were very polite and professional, would definitely use again.
Eddie Daniels – Future Projects
We are so grateful to Cladspray for donating their services, entirely for free!
The Cost of Living crisis has meant so many more people are in need of our support. But before Winter, our charity hub in West Norwich, the Baseline Centre, was worn and uninviting and many local people simply wouldn’t have known what services were on offer there.
Now, thanks to the renovations made possible by Cladspray and a number of local grants, the Centre has been totally transformed. It is warm, welcoming and has new spaces for support work, groups, training, community meals and so on, and it is already a thriving hub of community activity!
