OFFICE WINDOW SPRAYING
Cladspray Solutions carry out office window spraying throughout the UK. We were appointed by Euro Properties to respray the aluminium windows and doors at an office block in Northampton. Respraying windows is much more cost-effective than replacing them. It also means window frames will last longer as they have been protected from the elements.
METAL WINDOW RE-COATING
The key to any successful application is preparation. Our operatives lightly sanded each and every frame and surface. Frames were then degreased to ensure proper adhesion when painted. All surrounding areas were then masked to ensure no overspray. Windows were then sprayed with 2 coats of paint. Both primer and topcoats are 2 pack paint systems and are extremely hard wearing. This allows the manufacturer to give a 5 year warranty.
OFFICE WINDOW REFURBISHMENT
Not only did we carry out the office window spraying, we also replaced all the internal and external window seals that had perished over time.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Health and safety is our top priority at Cladspray Solutions. All our operatives hold CSCS cards and IPAF licences. Face masks were used to control the fumes from the paint. Fire extinguishers were on hand in any areas being sprayed. Method statements, risk assessments and COSHH statements were all provided before the start of the project.
